CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

I will draw:
➵ anthro & feral characters (any species)
➵ animals
➵ fantasy creatures
➵ pastel/soft gore
I will not draw:
➵ NSFW
➵ fanart
➵ real people
➵ existing flags and symbols (crosses, pentagrams, yin-yang etc.)
Feel free to ask about something I did not mention!

PERMISSIONS & USE

➵ By commissioning me you agree to the following Terms of Service.
➵ I have the right to refuse commission for any reason.
➵ I reserve all rights to images created and the right to repost the commissioned works.
➵ My clients have rights to repost the artwork as long as my signature is visible or the credit is given. They can use the artwork for personal icons, banners, or prints for their private use.
➵ Modification/altering the finished art by the client is forbidden.

WORKING

➵ Stay polite and professional during the entire commission process.
➵ I require the commissioned character to have some sort of visual reference.
➵ The client needs to hold the rights to the commissioned character.
➵ I always send sketches and rough color stages to the client for approval before I continue the illustration.
(concept → sketch → lineart → colored/final version)
➵ Three corrections on each stage are free, for other you will have to pay 2usd / 8zł (unless it is my fault and I did something the wrong way).
➵ I do not send files I am working on.
➵ When commissioning art with characters owned by multiple people I will talk only to the single representative. To avoid confusion and misunderstanding decide beforehand what you would like to have drawn and choose a single person to discuss the details.
➵ By default I finish commissions within 1 month.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

➵ PayPal is the default payment method.
➵ Payments are taken up-front, in full, before I begin the commission.
➵ Payment for work already in progress is not refunded.
